Meralco PowerGen Corporation (MGEN), through its subsidiary Toledo Energy Development Corporation, has sealed an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) agreement with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) and SUMEC Complete Equipment and Engineering Co., Ltd.
