Abstract—In this paper, we address the energy storage management problem in distribution networks from the perspective of an independent energy storage manager (IESM) who aims to realize optimal energy storage sharing with multi-objective optimization, i.e., optimizing the system peak loads and the electricity purchase costs of the distribution company (DisCo) and its customers. Proposed strategies include optimized planning for charging pile construction, the creation of integrated vehicle-charging-pile platforms, the development of distributed energy systems using blockchain technology, promoting recycling and reutilization of waste charging infrastructure, continuous financial subsidies, and enhanced follow-up operation supervision. Energy storage power stations require specific tests to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability, including: 1) Performance testing, which measures the system’s ability to store and discharge energy; 2) Environmental testing, to assess how various conditions impact operation; 3) Safety assessments, to evaluate risk factors; 4) Durability evaluations, focusing on the longevity and resilience of components.
